CHEF ZENSINGER


Hailing from New Jersey, Chef Adam Zensinger truly possesses an affinity for southern culinary culture. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Georgia, his career eventually brought him north to Philadelphia where he honed his talents at several popular restaurants, most notably as Chef de Cuisine of Amada. Today, sourcing his ingredients responsibly and naturally is the foundation of his cooking, Adam aims to honor classic technique with the soulful, regional flavors of the South he’s come to know and love. His goal? Simple, satisfying meals intended to be shared among family and friends. When not over the stove, you can find Adam reading vintage southern cookbooks, or spending time outdoors with his wife, Shelly, and their rescue dog, Fiver.
